ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) teaches infants and young children life-saving self-rescue skills in the water. Before introducing new skills, the instructor focuses on building trust and creating a positive, supportive relationship with each child. This foundation helps children learn confidently and safely at their own pace.
Lessons are $110 per week
Sibling discount available
Lessons are held Monday through Thursday
Each lesson is one-on-one and approximately 10 minutes long
Most children require approximately 6 weeks to become fully skilled
Lessons are always taught at your child's emotional and physical pace
Your child's safety is always the top priority
ISR lessons are a commitment to your child's safety and confidence in the water. While many children become fully skilled in about six weeks, every child learns differently. Some children may require additional time to master their self-rescue skills, and lessons will continue to progress according to their individual needs and readiness.
Through patient instruction and proven techniques, your child will develop the skills needed to respond in the event of an aquatic emergency, providing families with an added layer of protection and peace of mind.

About the Instructor
Hi, I'm Lisa Breen — a certified Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) instructor proudly serving the Tri-State area from Bullhead City, Arizona.
As a lifelong resident of Bullhead City and a mother of four, water safety has always been close to my heart. After the birth of my youngest child, we moved into a home with a pool. That experience sparked my deep interest in drowning prevention and led me to research effective ways to keep children safe around water.
When I discovered there were no ISR instructors in our area, I knew I had to take action. I became certified through ISR to bring this life-saving program to our community. My passion is rooted in helping children build confidence in the water and empowering families with peace of mind.
It’s my honor to provide personalized, one-on-one ISR Self-Rescue® lessons to infants and young children throughout the Tri-State area.
